History

Stride Gaming began operating in February 2012 with the launch of Spin and Win, the first online bingo website using Stride’s proprietary technology platform.

Stride's highly experienced management team have a proven track record in the online gaming industry. Eitan Boyd (CEO), and Darren Sims (COO), have been involved in the online bingo market since 2002, and were part of the team that successfully sold two online bingo-led business to 888 Holdings Plc in 2007 and 2010. The first was Globalcom Limited (now the Dragonfish platform), which provided software solutions to brands such as foxybingo.com, and was sold for $42 million. The second, Wink Bingo, was sold for £60 million.

    Listed on AIM raising £11.2 million to support acquisitive and organic growth strategy
  • July 2015

    Acquired InfiApps an internationally focused mobile social gaming company in July 2015
  • August 2016

    Acquired online bingo businesses: 8Ball Games, Netboost Media and the Tarco Assets and completed a £27 million placing that increased market share of UK Bingo market from 5 to 10%
  • May 2017

    Entered the B2B vertical with the launch of Stride Together.
  • October 2017

    Launched Aspers Casino Online through our B2B vertical, our first Stride Together Joint Venture.
  • November 2017

    Acquired 51% stake in Indian rummy business, Passion Gaming
