Being a pioneer in providing online Gambling facilities, we recognise that our success relies on the well-being of our team members. Our staff is our most important asset hence we are committed to develop each of our personnel. Training is provided throughout the year by internal trainers and external consultants. We have been engaged in social projects such as donating to Gamcare which provides information, advice, support and free counselling for the prevention and treatment of problem gambling. Our team members are encouraged to participate in CSR activities for which we provide assistance in funding and implementing. We organise team building activities which regroups all employees regardless of their function and hierarchy. The company takes part and raises funds for several different charities each year. It recently raised funds for ‘Shelter La Combe at Pte Aux Sable’ in Mauritius which shelters children aged 0-18 years whom have been abandoned, ill-treated, abused or are mentally incapacitated. During the festive season the company takes part in Christmas Jumper Day in support of ‘Save the Children’ Charity and has donated gifts and raised funds for Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital in support of GOSH Charity and the staff at the Penguin Ward. Some of the staff get involved in Charity runs and annually participate in Movember Foundation in support of Male Cancer. As part of the annual team building events, the company incorporates charity programs such as ‘The Hanger Arts Trust’ a non for profit organisation which provides Circus workshops and training for children and people with disabilities. The company has worked with the ‘Charity Bike build’ in association with O3e, where its staff collaboratively worked together in teams to build seven bikes. On completion, the bikes were safety checked and the company donated the bikes to under privileged children in the Camden community, with the support of Camden Council’s Family Services. The company supports international organisations such as ‘Hebrew order of David’ and has previously sponsored a local community football team - Vegas FC, who went on to win their league.
